Occupancy rates have remained high, between 85% and 100% since January. Major upgrades include a refurbished pool area, replacement of gas grills and air conditioners, and new kitchen appliances. The resort has also installed a new ice machine, with plans for an additional one. Preparations for Maintenance Weeks include new carpets and elevator refurbishments.

Facility upgrades include new laundry appliances, upgraded mattresses in studio units, additional pool deck furniture, and a renovated parking lot with additional handicap spots.
